24 Aug 2020 10:51I'm bored with my menus so I tried a new few things. Also back on Weight Watchers, so eh, life isn't going to be fun for a few weeks, so I'm trying to get some good flavors going on at dinner.
Monday: pork chops, pasta, sautéed with garlic.
Tuesday: leftovers.
Wednesday: couscous with chicken and carrots.
Thursday: chili with roasted or grilled zucchini. Naan if wanted (found a few packages in the freezer!)
Friday: chicken breast with honey-garlic sauce, rice, broccoli.
Saturday: fajitas with grilled onions, tortillas, avocado.
Sunday: bibimbap. I'm going to try to marinate the bulgogi rather than buying, we'll see.
A lot less heavy on the chicken than I'd like, but then again, Perry no longer eats chicken. WTF? Also, I found some streaks frozen in the freezer as well, which is why they're getting eaten.
