Day 2.

Day 2: did a whole row, didn't like how it looked, ripped it apart, cast on again, and knit a row and a bit. Some some tiny bit of progress.

Dh came to chat with me at a critical juncture, and I dropped a stitch and yelled at him to get me a pair of tweezer right away, now, fast speedy quick which he did and I think all is well.

A row and a bit!

I've known people who kept a pair of tweezers in their knitting kit for that reason.

That is a good idea. I have a pair of crappy for tweezing tweezers that I should relocate to there, that would be useful.

And I have to say. I used the term 'yelled', but it was more hollered. I was angry or anything! I realize on reread that it might sound like I was angry or being nasty rather than expressing URGENCY, since I did NOT want to have to cast those stiches on for the millionth time. :-)

Tweezers with rounded tips, or narrow-ended craft tweezers, seem to work better for knitting than the angled-chisel kind.
