nwhikerAt dinner last night while we were waiting for pizza, the teen had both my and dh's phones in front of her. She was texting two phoned.
She does not have a phone, but usually texts with her iTouch, which works when she has access to a wireless network. She really doesn't need a full phone and appears very happy with her current access.
When we're away from free wirless, she borrows one of our phones, and texts from there. Which she did last night.
I've gotten 10 texts this morning from various friends of hers. My phone is beeping non-stop.
That's what it feels like to have a life, eh?
Wow. Forgot to post. After writing back to each little darling -there was only 4 of them- that it was my phone and that AC would contact them later, I went to spin and sculpt and now I'm wiped. But home. Heh.

[I went to a lacrosse game with a working engineer mom - i think she got 2 or maybe 3 during that time. One from her husband and one from another mom whose son was in the carpool. I know about that one because she had me read it during the drive to make sure it wasn't an announcement of game cancellation. Lacrosse is played in rain, so it wasn't.)

No, nothing embarrassing. I've gotten a lot of her texts over the months but nothing even remotely interesting. What IS funny? Bad text spelling in French. :-)
