Ugh, migraine

Woke up at about 4:30am with a vague headache. Dh got up shortly after because when they run the steam locomotive, they have to start early. I fell back asleep after he got up.

Woke up again at 7 with a migraine.

Just ugh.

Managed to get some meds in me, and get back to bed. Nausea was pretty bad and I was concerned about throwing up the meds, but didn't. Slept on an off until about 10, when I got up.

Head no longer hurt, but still felt that... fragile after migraine feeling, when it seems like the slightest thing could send me spiraling back down into misery.

Migraines make for strange days. I never feel quite right for the rest of the day, but energy levels etc are usually fine, just.... strange. Fragile and somehow detached. I dunno.

I'm fine now, though of course since I slept in late, I'm not tired yet.
