Discussion
14 Jan 2022 23:18Trying to write -well, outline at this point- the discussion section of my thesis.
Ugh.
Nothing overarching is coming out of this, and my results are the complete opposite of a published paper's... which is really odd. I have a possible explanation reason for why that might be, but it's not satisfactory.
And it's hard to see the best way to arrange everything so it flows nicely. I think tomorrow I'm going to try writing the facts down on Post-Its and seeing if I can arrange them in a way that works.
Ugh.
But I'll get there.
I realized last week that I should probably have done everything Times New Roman, which seems to be the standard. I can leave Calibri if I must. That switch will be easy for the body, but I have to redo the legends in all my figures. It'll take time. I'm hoping to be able to use Cambria rather than TNR.
Why? Because the grad school doesn't care. They just say 'readable font' and 10-12 point. Someone is going to turn in a thesis in Comic Sans and it'll serve them right.
Anyhow.
End stretch here, I hope. My fault it took so long, but I think we'll get there.
