Damn, forgot to post menus last week, so these will reflect what we actually ate vs what I'd planned.
Eaten
Monday: grilled leg of lamb, olive oil, lemon and parsley potato salad, green beans.
Tuesday: chicken breast, pasta, Brussels sprouts.
Wednesday: leftover chili, corn, with cornbread topping.
Thursday: pork tenderloin, rice, blistered green beans.
Friday: leftovers.
Saturday: Casse-croute (bread, olive oil, harissa, giardiniera, olives, capers, hb egg, tuna for the fish eaters)
Sunday: pick up. Plan was pizza but forgot to make dough and everyone tired.
To eat
Monday: pizza. Dough is made.
Tuesday: spatchcocked chicken, green beans, potatoes.
Wednesday: French dip sandwiches, sweet potato fries.
Thursday: mapo tofu with rice.
Friday: risotto with steak and mushrooms.
Saturday: couscous with chicken breast and carrots.
Sunday: shrimp with pasta
