This is great. She's shared it with Emmanuelle Charpentier for the CRISPR-Cas9.
Even more excellent news because a team (of men) at MIT/Harvard were trying to shoehorn in on the discovery by filing patents, which were granted to them, despite the fact that Doudna and Charpentier made the discovery. It looks like the Nobel Committee didn't agree with the US patent justice system.
