Dear Contractor,

I contacted you via the form on your website, described my project, and asked you to get back to me via text or email.

Why have you called three times in the last three hours?

I am so not going to be answering the phone. I don't like the phone, I hate having to talk to people at this level of the project, all that can be done via email a lot more efficiently than I can talking to someone who is trying to sell me something.
