nwhikerI am not a pro sports fan to say the least. I despise the whole franchises thing, and don't watch anything. I don't care. I am still angry that I'm paying for two ginourmous stadia when the old Kingdome had just been refurbished, was multi-purposed, and not even paid off.
So yeah. I'm the person who cheers when the owners say that they're going to leave Seattle. Go, Seahawks, and take the Mariners with you!
But now.
We have a hockey team. The Seattle Kraken.
Kraken.
It's no secret that I love all things 8-limbed, so I'm thrilled. Not that I'll ever watch a game, of course, I think hockey is just legalized assault on ice.
But Kraken!
