What is it with people?

The number of people on WW who want to lose weight so they can ride a roller coaster again just blows my freaking mind.

What the eff is wrong with people?

And since I'm talking about Weight Watchers... people complain all the time about their family eating their carefully prepared WW food... Duh. All of a sudden, instead of oranges, there are cunning little containers of orange slices... the pineapple is cut into pieces, the celery washed and ready to dip in the adorable little cups of ranch dressing or peanut butter. The pretzels are divided up into easy to grad-and-go baggies, perfect for that lunch box. Of course they're eating that food!

Ask me how I know.

Meekly raising my hand. What got me in the door was being unable to ride an amusement park ride with my son. I do love roller coasters and it makes it much more comfortable when I weigh less. :) (Made it to 20 last week!)

As someone who is very prone to nausea and sea-sickness, I don't get the roller-coaster love. But ok. Fine. :P

I still find it funny that among SO many things that could motivate people, roller-coasters come up so often!

BTW, I hope it was clear that my "what is the matter with people?" was with a dramatic eyeroll and not that I think there truly is something the matter with people who like spinning around at some ungodly RPM or dropping multiple meters at high g, ok?

Only the fruit one is a current gripe for me... Linnea used to steal my little cups of peanut butter and put Ranch in them (I don't eat Ranch dressing) and then she'd FORGET THEM in her lunchbox, ew, but I solved the problem by not buying Ranch dressing any longer!

But yeah, neither dh nor Linnea appear to touch any fruit unless I cut it up.... WTF? :)
