nwhikerSo. I'm down in California at a friend's house and I'm sick. Grrr. Spent the day in bed, throwing up bile with a horrid headache, and my whole head (ears, eyes, face) was sore. I had a fever so not a migraine. Feh. Finally managed towards the end of the day to keep more than a few sips of water down, and got some Liquid Motrin.
Sitting up in bed now, and that's major progress. Hopefully I'll feel a look better tomorrow.
I so love -NOT!- the whole five-minute-time, sip of water, five-minute-timer routine that I used to do with the kids, and had to do today. Even a sip of water was too much at times.
