nwhikerMore menus. Hey, the more I post, the more I have to refer back to when I totally lack insiration!
Monday: baked penne
Tuesday: Sports banquet at Perry's school for Perry, dh, and me, Linnea had dinner with my MIL, AC picked something up. Chaos.
Wednesday: Chicken stew with meat and stock made from last week's roast chicken, carrots, mashed potatoes.
Thursday: Linnea has a concert, dinner will be eggs and toast, bacon if I can get my act together.
Friday: matar paneer and naan, homemade samosas.
Saturday: pork tenderloin, potatoes salad and green beans with vinaigrette.
Sunday: David's birthday, so a bit more involved! Dinner is his choice: grilled steak, asparagus if we can find it, potatoes, and bread. I'll be making a beurre manié with chives, and potatoes will probably be Haselback potatoes. He has also requested a chocolate caramel cake, I'm still undecided on how to execute on that.
Busy week here. Perry is back at rowing, we have several events. Things are very stressful and not going well in more than several areas, and we're all a bit down on life.
