... and I'm linking to flickr. Mostly dreamwidth is pretty good as an interface, though not as polished as livejournal, but where it is REALLY lacking is media embed and upload. Yes, I can upload a photo, but it's a painful annoying process.

So flickr, for the latest Twisp and Auri photos. Auri looks fierce in one of them!

For a while we thought they'd be able to come home earlier than expected, but Auri is apparently more fluff than cat right now, so needs more fattening up. Eat, Auri, EAT!

Uploading the photo, not a big deal... doing any kind of organization on them afterwards, impossible :-/ is the thing that gets me. I mean, I know it's kind of bare-bones, low-beta, still-in-development, but not being able to create folders, even if you couldn't change where an image was after initially uploading it to one, is something I'm surprised it made it into production without.

That too. Part of the issue is that I'd rather stick to embedding images rather than moving them over here... I made the mistake, with livejournal, of just uploading the photos there, from photos people sent me or whatever, and at time, they're the only versions I have. I'm trying -doing my best but failing a bit!- to get most stuff uploaded to flickr (as well as my own cloud storage) rather than having it all over the place. So actually being able to embed would be cool, but no luck so far.

But yes, uploading isn't all that hard!
