Just a weigh loss rant
12 Jan 2023 17:44Back on track since the first of the year, after a week break during which I actually managed to maintain my weight. Which was nice, considering, I'd lost nothing in the previous eight weeks.
So yeah, only 12 days in and... zip. Lost the initial water weight, went up a bit, and have been flat since then.
It would be bad but workable if I could cut calories any further, but I can't. I'm at 600-800 calories a day. I'm cold and hungry all the time. I just can't.
I'm exercising.
It doesn't seem to matter.
I just don't know what to do any longer, I just don't.
Friday AM: I did manage to lose this morning. We'll see if it sticks. I'll probably be up again tomorrow.
