Times like this....

So. I have a whole bunch of rowers (total, I think 5 or 6) coming to stay over this weekend (two of them are mine) before the big regatta Sunday. I'm paying them for some yard work.

I also need to feed them. Tomorrow, it looks like, lunch and snax, and dinner, then breakfast on Sunday.

This would be SO freaking much easier if I could buy cookies etc at Costco. But alas, they come in those nasty clamshells we will not purchase anything in, so no dice. And it's not even like I can go to the supermarket, they package everything in clamshells as well.

So homemade or find another solution.
