I never really quite understood Minecraft. I mean, yay, you're building shit... but what does it do? And I say that as a person who spent many an hour with a bucket of LEGO.

But OMG, that Townscaper app? I am totally in love with it. Not just to display my Wordle results to send to Perry, but just to create little scenes of watery serenity.

And today I played around a bit more, things I thought weren't live were and my little settlement is now experiencing golden hour:



That is, of course, before night falls and the lights come on...



I just need to figure out where to go pay for this.
