Menus 17Jan-23Jan
17 Jan 2022 17:14It's been so bad. I've been making menus, but a combination of laziness and complete and utter lack of ambition has led us to too many dinners of scrambled eggs or bread and jam. I had to go to Target the other day (needed dishsoap) and I actually considered buying cereal because cereal for dinner is a fine option. Perry came home the past two weekends and we fed him bread and cheese for dinner. He's getting concerned.
Anyhow. Hopefully I'll actually stick to these menus. I bought fruit and veggies a few days ago so I'm set for that too.
Monday: pork chops, pasta, probably broccoli.
Tuesday: creamed spinach, baked potatoes.
Wednesday: out, will be in Bellingham for passports and other stuff, planning on taking kids out to eat.
Thursday: curried chicken, cauliflower, carrot and potato baked tortilla wraps.
Friday: hummus and pita bread (planning on making the bread myself.)
Saturday: mapo tofu
Sunday: meatballs (turkey) and gravy over potatoes.
Mostly boring stuff that doesn't require much to cook.
