nwhikerMenus, such as they are this week. Perry should be home by Friday and I'm picking up my nutlet tomorrow.
Monday: meatloaf with potatoes. Supposed to be roasted. Mashed because FASTER.
Tuesday: chicken Italian sausage with roasted cabbage over rice.
Wednesday: couscous with carrots and chicken breast.
Thursday: fried rice.
Friday: pizza (both kids home!)
Saturday: risotto, maybe?
Sunday: Out? Dh and my unofficial anniversary. 31 years, iirc. Holy hell.
Trader Joe's doesn't appear to carry their chicken Italian sausage any longer and Safeway has never had it. So I've bought some ground turkey breast, I have some Penzey's Italian Sausage Seasoning, and we'll see what gives, LOL.
