What a difference...
4 May 2021 09:42What a difference a night makes...
I went to bed last night with a fever of 102.8F, chills, and pretty much every single side effect on the menu except for swelling and redness at the injection site. I woke up once in a poor of sweat.
This morning? My arm is still sore, and my axillary lymph nodes are too, but aside from that? I feel completely normal.
So much better! Just weird how hard that hit... I mean, when I went to bed, I felt like the worse of the 'flu.... even with the snuffly nose because allergies! LOL.
I am flying to Bend today. My brother and niece are down there, SIL and nephew arrive this week. At this point, it's nothing critical, biopsy is scheduled for Friday, but we all feel it's important for us to be there, so eh, down I go. I'd planned on driving but the logistics of leaving dh without a car, since one of our cars spends critical Linnea-needs-to-get-to-rowing time parked at the boathouse were a bit daunting. Then I thought about renting, which seemed like a good solution. My sister suggested flying, and considering gas, it's the same price at flying, so eh, flying it is.
Alaska Airlines of course. Except now I can't get my boarding pass on my phone without GooglePOS-SPYING-SCUMPay, which bugs me. I mean, I did a screen cap, which will work, but what a PITA. I really hate it when they make things less functional. There is no reason I should not be able to save my boarding pass to my phone without a third party spying on me.
ETA LOL. I packed my usual over the shoulder bag. When I travel, it's messenger back on one shoulder, clothes back on the other. I packed, thought, and dug out one of the rolly bags. I do NOT want a bag on my shoulder today!
