AC got an apartment

AC got an apartment. She was fine staying here a bit longer and saving up, but she found something through a program that subsidizes housing (not, like Section 8), so she's getting a brand new 1 bedroom for a bit more than 50% of market rate.

That's the good news.

The bad news is that it's right across from her old place, so she'll probably see DipShit often. But his company has approved his visa request for Norway, so he's planning on moving in the fall. He's such an annoying man-child.

(Total aside. Why does my dh not have a company willing to sponsor a visa to somewhere better than here?)

It's been great having her home for this while. She can't stay forever anyhow, because the stupid dog is, in fast, hers, so she needs to take him back.

What surprised me, but shouldn't have: how happy Perry and Linnea are to have her home, and how sad they both are that she's moving back out.

Ah well.

I'm hoping to have her over more often now, and hopefully see her a bit more. We didn't before, in large part because "I" always meant "we" and neither dh nor I really wanted to hang out with him. Anyhow.
