Just so tired

I just want to go curl up and bed and sleep.

I've been completely non-productive these past few days.

I have gotten some writing done, but I'm caught up in one issue: the last time I wrote a novel, I was part of an online community and people were more than happy to read my shit and give me feedback. Not part of that community any longer, so I've got this book, 3/4 written, and nobody to ask to read it. Blah.

Oh, and talking about books. I'm reading one that is quite fun: The Invisible Library by Genevieve Cogman. Quite fun, my only gripe is that so many authors who are writing about that time period -in real London or alternate Londons- are of an age where they were obsessed with Sherlock, and as a result Holmes, in one form or another appears all over the place. That kinda bores me. I mean, I liked the books, but not having been a Sherlock fan, I don't see him as anything more than an annoying, unsexy, very smart pedant. Arsène Lupin, otoh... Now he was a snarky sexy literary detective. LOL.
