Three things for Sunday
8 Oct 2023 13:501. Bad me. My mom is sleeping in. I have not gone to wake her up. I should, but.
2. We're going to Bend next weekend, hoping to see the annular eclipse on Sat 14 Oct. Lots of prep to do and I really should start now. I am. In just a few tiny minutes.
3. We have several thousand -at least- slides of my FIL's. They're in carousels, I think 15 of them, in 5 large boxes. Dh thinks we -as in US- are going to some day use a slide scanner to scan them all. I'm more realistic and think they need to go for digitizing out somewhere. It'll be expensive, but the slides, in carousels and boxes, are taking up a lot of room, and, well, we are never going to have the time it takes to deal with them, or the desire. So. I have no idea how I'm going to "drive" this project, but I think I have to.
