Had to go to Safeway yesterday and I knew I was missing things on my list... and alas, I hadn't posted menus so I couldn't even check here to see what I might be missing.

So here we go.

Monday: leftovers/pickup


Tuesday: risotto with sliced steak and parsley/lemon/garlic pesto sprinkled on top.


Wednesday: chicken breast, orzo, brussels sprouts.


Thursday: taco salad/


Friday: pork tenderloin, bok choy, rice.


Saturday: buffalo chicken wraps with romaine


Sunday: cheesy grits, shrimp, bacon



I've never made grits before, so we'll see. They aren't my fave, but I just wanted something different. Perry and I will skill the shrimp, but Linnea is happy to see it on the menu.
