Three things for Sunday

1. Aunt is doing so much better. We're home since yesterday evening, and it feels ok. I'm here until at least Tuesday. I'll have to cancel my dentist appointment for Wednesday, hopefully Monday at open will be close enough for their 48 hour cancellation policy. I might make it to my vaccine appointment Wed evening if I can leave Wed, but there are still a few things that need to be put in place before I am comfortable leaving.

2. Aunt, being single and more social than we are, has loads of friends. She's getting constant phone calls, it's pretty incredible. At least five people have called today, there were at least as many message on her answering machine. I admire a lot of that.

3. dh is at home planting bulbs. He did not have a good night's sleep last night. Why? It's called Fuck Around and Find Out. See photo....



He tasted maple syrup from bourbon casks (bought at Costco) at my sister's and liked it, which was strange, it was good, even though neither of us like bourbon. Anyhow, the bacon is bourbon maple syrup with chipotle. He said that brussels sprouts weren't great, probably because we usually eat them crisper. Anyhow. After that dinner, I'm not surprised he had weird dreams.
