Sad but true quote

Personally, I'd like a bumper sticker (or a t-shirt) that read:

Never entrust our democracy to a process that requires Republicans to act in good faith.

It pretty much sums up everything going on in politics these days.

I don't think this country can survive this. At least not as a democracy where people who are not white-cisgendered-straight-men have the right to life, self-determination, and physical safety.
