I need, desperately need, to get back to walking regularly, but I'm having no luck. Every single time I try to start, stress or depression or just flat out business hit and I feel paralyzed again.

I hate not being fit. HATE IT.

I hate feeling like a lumbering lump.

I know what to do. Start with 5000 steps. Build my way back up to 10 000, settle there for a bit, then work to make sure I have between 12k and 15k steps a day. That is when I feel good.

I do need to work on strength, and I want to get back on my bike, for fun.

The thing is, I do love to exercise. I enjoy doing it. And yet, it's the first thing to get shoved off the schedule when the going gets tough.

It is 1045PM/22:45.

Dh is still working.

He started working this morning at 8:15. He re-heated taquitos for lunch and ate them at his desk, and he took an hour off to go get Linnea at 6:15.

Aside from that, bathroom breaks and few trips to the fridge for soda, he's been working solid for the past 14+ hours.

This is absolutely ridiculous.
