There should be a law against Valentine's Day shit showing up at Target (or elsewhere) before the Christmas crap has gone on sale.

Cats are just large termintes

The cats are chewing on our grand piano. They climb up on the bench (usually pushed under) and chew away at the center pedal.

They've also chewed away at the top of a nice bookcase, and have tried to go after some shelves.

Note not scratching chewing. I mean, WTF, do they think they are puppies?

Ha. Saw the little buggers

Wow. That was pretty awesome tonight, so it must have been totally spectacular two nights ago.

Tried for some photos with my dSLR, but didn't have time to prep etc, so they're no doubt crappy. Also the dSLR is, um, almost 15 years old so not surprising.

We had my FIL's Nikon but dh loaned it to his mother and we haven't gotten it back yet. Le sigh. It probably would have had a shot at a decent photo. Ah well.
