Fucking depressing
16 Oct 2020 15:50I've been back on WW since 26 August. During that time I had one bad day (AC's bday) and even then, I had the points saved up for it.
I haven't been weighing myself because my center is permanently closed and I don't like some of the people at the other one (long story). I do have a scale, but I don't trust home scales.
So I've been relying on clothing to tell the story. Namely my jeans. Which are just as tight now as they were almost two months ago.
When I try to tell dh he says things like "oh, but we haven't been exercising as much!" Yeah, I know, I'm not at my usually 12000-15000 steps a day, but fuck, weight loss is supposed to happen via energy deficit and right now, it doesn't appear to be happening.
I hate my body.
I'm going to be spending the rest of the day researching sleeve gastrectomies, I think. It's so fucking hard to find any data because of course they never do any truly long term follow up studies, and so much of the information on the web is put out be the chop shops themselves, and getting to the data through NIH studies is very difficult.
Blah.
