November can't come soon enough.

I had a breakdown/panic attack during the first night of the Dem Convention last night.

I'd already had a cry fest when I saw the rules for the sale of leases on the Coastal Plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Reserve. They've been trying to despoil that for almost 50 years. It will now be done. They're planning on making the sales before the end of the year, and those cannot be rescinded, if I'm reading correctly, even if Biden wins.

If Biden wins.

So much of life now depends on that little if.

And so, while watching, I had a minor crying hyperventilating panic attack.

What if Trump wins four more years? Or rather manages to steal four more years, since more confirmation that 2016 was highly manipulated came out today.

How can this country survive this?

I want out, but dh is not budging. What about our parents? he asks. What about the kids? What about?? What about?

What about the fact that I don't want to sit here and watch this country implode close up.

Though of course it doesn't matter. We'll never be allowed to leave the US. Cordon sanitaire, doncha know.

Ugh.
