A hopeful menus post
28 Jan 2020 21:41Well. My sister, mother, and niece will be in town for my sister's bday this weekend, so things are going to get hectic. They're staying in DT Seattle, so I don't think I have much influence on eating! Still, some menus.
Monday: spatchcocked chicken, roasted potatoes, green beans.
Tuesday: leftovers
Wednesday: hummus with pita chips, green beans with lemon vinaigrette.
Thursday: chili. Bread. Fruit?
Friday: Out (Chinese?)
Saturday: No clue. Sister should be eating out but it's a seafood place, and I don't wanna. Maybe spaghetti with butter.
Sunday: dinner undetermined. Brunch with family, fruit salad, croissants and/or kouign ammann, bacon, eggs, blah blah blah brunch.
I hate not having all the future eating penned in. It truly helps me, from a Weight Watchers point of view, to know where I am going.
But it'll be nice to see my sister and my mom, and SUPER nice to see my niece. Who lives in Alaska. But wants to go to nursing school. So we're hoping she comes around here to do that, and AC has set up several appointments with friends of hers who are nurses (one is the head nurse at Seattle Children's Hospital, but a different perspective there!)
