WTF, children?

So. I had planned on eating "out" tomorrow.

Over dinner tonight -an excellent risotto made by Perry- I asked them where they wanted to eat.

...

I guess I'll make pancakes or buy a box of cereal, because nobody could really muster the energy to even think about eating out.

wow! my children would never come up short of ideas when asked where to eat out. getting them to agree is often the hard part!

Yeah, no, we couldn't get anything out of them, so we made the decision... Linnea opted to stay home, and we decided to go a nearby area which hosts food trucks Friday evenings.... alas, it was too crowded, so we drove a ways out to get some pizza. Perry came with us, because he was too lazy to cook himself something.

I tell ya.... I have no idea. They used to love eating out. Now they're so lazy, they don't even want to leave the house to hunt for gud fud! :)
