1 Jun 2020 13:59New formula: Perry one meal, Linnea one meal, one out, me the rest (well, me and dh!)
Monday: Roasted potatoes, carrots, onions with
Tuesday: Kraft Macaroni and Cheese, made by Linnea. OMG. Usually this is camping food exclusively.
Wednesday: Chicken shawarma with homemade naan, yogurt sauce, salad. (*)
Thursday: Risotto, made by Perry.
Friday: Out ?
Saturday: char siu, rice, gai lan or baby bok choi. Using up meat from freezer.
Sunday: Chicken kabobs, pitas, tahini sauce.
(*) Trader Joe's was out of chicken shawarma last week when I went, so I pushed that menu item back.
