Friday: hamburgers with salad.
Saturday: chicken sate with rice.
Sunday: matar paneer with naan.
Monday: croque monsieur.
Tuesday: roasted pork, boy choy, and rice with Francis Lam's ginger scallion sauce.
Wednesday: Falafel with naan, lettuce.
Thursday: Focaccia with tomato sauces.
Friday: take out from somewhere.
Saturday: roasted potatoes, carrots, onions, chicken sausage.
Sunday: wings on the smoker, potato salad, broccoli.
A few extra days. I hadn't been making menus before, things have been horrid around here, food-wise. As in, awful. I've gained so much weight, it isn't even funny, I feel like a slug. It's... well, anxiety, lack of sleep, dread, eat. That type of cycle. I wish I was one of those people who can't eat when their anxious. Anyhow. At least menus.
