So difficult

nwhikerTrying to organize stuff for Linnea when we're gone. Here's the problem with having no friends! I can ask my MIL, and AC. Perry will be down for part of the weekend.
Aside from that, that's it.
I thought my sister might come for a few days, she had said she could, but she doesn't sound like she really wants to -and I don't blame her, I'm not upset in the slightest- so that easy path is not available.
The only other option would have been for dh to go to New Mexico by himself and I just don't see that working. There is a lot of work, and two people are necessary, and it's a long drive by yourself. This is truly the better plan, but ugh, my poor nutlet.
And of course she has a game with marching band AND homecoming.
I'm sure it'll work out, but I know how anxious she is, and she had a scare last week with some guys on bikes at 6:30AM on the way to the bus stop (to be honest, I'd have been scared too).
And just because timing had to work out that way... we're going to a concert tonight, so leaving her alone one additional evening. The (expensive) tickets were bought before we knew that this was the only 10 day block we were going to have between now and mid-November, and I don't want to travel in mid-November.
