Not a very inspired week, but eh, I got up at 4am yesterday and only got 5 hours last night, so sleepiness has essentially murdered inspiration.
I need to remember to add whatever veg I serve. It's often just whatever, streamed or roasted, but since it's more dependent on what's available, I forget to write it in before. My shopping list usually just has the items "fruit" and "veggies" on it.
Monday: fried rice (with leftovers from last week)
Tuesday: leftovers (with the rest of the leftovers from last week)
Wednesday: orange chicken with broccoli
Thursday: baked potato with creamed spinach
Friday: chicken with carrots and couscous
Saturday: smoked turkey leg (kinda a rehearsal before Thanksgiving....)
Sunday: penne with chicken italian sausage and tomato sauce.
Boring, but done, right?
