nwhikerThursday morning: Linnea finds out she's on the team roster as at least a spare for Western regionals. Yay!
Thursday afternoon: Linnea breaks her foot.
Crap crap crap. 5th metatarsal, I think.
We go back in to get it splinted this afternoon, need to make an appointment with an orthopod asap. And of course it's fucking Friday.
My poor baby girl. She's, needless to say, devastated.
Me? Sick to my stomach. Shades of Anne-Chloe tearing her ACL 10 days before state, after the best competitive season she'd ever had.
