Three things for Sunday
10 Jul 2022 13:591. My baby girl is at the beach. A bikini beach, not a fleece beach (or, as she says now, not a Patagonia beach). With blue skies and water, and white white sand. She doesn't wear bikinis (girl has the abs for them but haaates them), but here she is, at the beach of her dreams. Only thing missing is the foofy drink with an umbrella, LOL!

2. I need a plastic or some such cherry, staw-blue-or-rasp-berry to put in my fruit bowl to indicate there is more fruit in the fridge! While I might remember, I don't know why dh and the kids don't and then they act shocked! when I tell them no, I am not buying more raspberries, I just had to eat half a flat by myself before then went bad.
3. It was a good desk. Solid wood, with oak veneer, it was standard issue at dh's work though the early 90s, when we bought the desk, with drawers and a return, as well as two office chairs for, like $25. We got many years of use out of it, at first one of us at a time, then later, we removed the return and the drawers, and both of us had room to work side by side, if a bit closely, with desktops and CRTs. But nobody has used it for years. It's been in my bedroom covered with cables and boxes from -it turns out- my FIL's place for the past few years. Got the boxes moved elsewhere, and cleared all the misc e-gear into a bin tbd. And now the desk is in the garage, near the return. Planning on giving it away. It served us well, but I'm not sad to see it go. It needed to move this weekend because with my family visiting next week, dh needs to move his desk to that same area. Anyhow.
