Tomorrow

Some semblance of Regionals for Linnea. Parents not allowed, but I did ask Perry, who is there as a coach, to try to watch her. Because, really, it may be her last race in a regatta.

Hotel.

I remember being in a hotel last summer for one night and last fall for one night, and how scared and nervous we were. Vaccination makes a big difference, I have to say. A good one.

That said, I still wasn't comfortable eating at the restaurant, we got dinner to go and ate in the car. Linnea was completely against going inside. It is probably going to take a while before that feels comfortable, eating out, and it's got nothing to do with how risky I feel it is: I don't think it's risky at all. It just feels... oppressive and wrong still. We shall see.
