It's the timing, stupid

Ugh. People who keep saying that we're doing more testing that South Korea, on a per capita basis.

Yeah, we are now.

The problem is... when this was exploding, we were doing pretty much zero testing. The epidemic got out of freaking control then. If we had been actually testing as much as South Korea was back in Feb/March... well, this might not be the problem that it is now.
