After Linnea's regatta (see previous post), dh and I went to a local park for a long ramble through the woods. We noticed that Seattle is a few weeks ahead of us in spring awakening (daffs in bloom, for example).
And the sneezing started. And the watering eyes.
That was a fun. Well, not really.
However, it seems the cedars (I think they're the culprit) are venting pollen by me too, because I've been a sneezing eye-watering snotting headaching mess etc since then.
Dh is fine, but his spring allergies kick in later, with the cottonwoods. Me, it's early.
I wish there was a way I could remove my eyeballs, rinse them in cool saline, and put them back in. Or alternately, shove a pipe cleaner up my nose to get at the itch behind them.
Cliss Mass has the details, and a great video. Pollen Storm Hits Western Washington. Yes. His subtitle is "People are suffering". Yes.
