while in the car, i heard about the decision on some doctors who were overprescribing opioids - their conviction was overturned because it couldn't be proven they had intent, or something like that. I was initially outraged (still kind of am outraged about the details of those doctors) but I'm also thinking doctors in many states (esp Texas with the bounty bill) could use that reasoning: "I believed she was in the process of miscarrying and needed misoprostol to finish it."
