More. Boring. Menus.
Monday: pork loin chops, peach chutney, roasted potatoes, veg.
Tuesday: leftovers.
Wednesday: green chile chicken enchiladas. Dh found 505 green chile sauce at Costco. Perry and I will eat something else.
Thursday: chili (the beans kind!) with some bread that Perry has volunteered to make.
Friday: pancakes, bacon, fruit salad <-- Linnea's request.
Saturday: meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans.
Sunday: eggplant, sundried tomato, and goat cheese panini.
I am so sick of cooking. I am so sick of menus.
