A bit sad, but F.I.N.A.L.L.Y.
Back in February, I was planning on taking a trip to Wales (and Iceland) in August.
We all know that is obviously not happening.
But I borrowed about six books on travel in Great Britain and Wales. They were due back early March, that much I remember.
Needless to say, I've had them since. They've been sitting on my end table, goading me, reminding me of the vacation I was hoping would happen but will not, at least this year.
I just found out today that my library will be opening the book drop on Tuesday from 3-pm. I'll walk up tomorrow and sadly return that pile of books.
At least I won't have to look at them anymore. And... hopefully next year, I can borrow them again, right? Please say I'll be able to travel next year. PLEASE?

The procrastinator part of me said "but they'll move eventually; you could still read them to prepare" but the very-rarely-seen action-oriented part of me took them back.
