Menus weeks of Mar 4 and Mar 11

Busy few weeks here.... Two weeks of menus, because I don't want to lose track...

Monday: crepes with shrimp for dh and Linnea, eggs for me. Dessert crepes for all. Dh's bday.

Tuesday: chicken tikka masala (I love you, Costco!), naan, roasted cauliflower.

Wednesday: chicken sausages, roasted potatoes, roasted broccoli.

Thursday: leftovers. Note that Linnea ate TWO leftover sausages.

Friday: eggs, bacon, toast, mango. Found out at the last minute that Perry's teammate who was coming for dinner was gluten intolerant. Last minute dinner plan change from spaghetti with meatballs to eggs and bacon. Note that my darling son only told me the night before that S needed a place to stay before the regatta Saturday, and I didn't find out about the GF thing until they were on the freaking train back from Bellingham.

Saturday: chili with bread, Greek yogurt with berries. Sister is on WW too.

Sunday: smoked brisket, mac and cheese, spinach salad, chocolate cake and ice-cream.

I have lots of cake left. I won't have any more of it, and I forgot to send some up with Perry, I'll try to bring him a large slice tomorrow!

Plans for this week:

Monday: buttermilk chicken, roasted potatoes, roasted asparagus

Tuesday: panko chicken wraps (because of a shopping list miscommunication, romaine was added to two lists early last week. There is some left to eat, and wraps are Linnea's preferred way!)

Wednesday: leftovers

Thursday: chicken shawarma with naan, roasted carrots.

Friday: pork tenderloin with teriyaki sauce, boy choy or gai lan, rice.

Saturday: homemade pizza.

Sunday: chicken piccata, mashed potatoes, green beans.

So yeah. Nothing majorly exciting, but people are fed and at this point, that's my highest ambition for cooking!
